Many different kinds of physical education pattern ar e derived according to different teaching principles,which have their different fu nctions and features.The result of this experiment shows the Happy Teaching Patt ern used in the aerobics course can develop more potentiality of the teaching ma terial as well as the students to improve the teaching effect,and help make aero bics teaching move closer to the object of present college physical education.

在体育教学中根据不同的教学规律 ,派生出许多不同的体育教学模式 ,各教学模式都有其不同的功能和特性 .将快乐教学模式引入高校健美操教学 ,并进行了教学实验 ,结果表明 ,运用快乐教学模式进行健美操教学 ,可以充分挖掘教材、对象的内在潜力 ,提高教学的效果 ,使健美操教学能够更好地符合当前高校体育教育的目标要求

Based on the characteristics of the aerobics course and by means of observation, investigation, experimentation and others, many problems were solved in the aerobics teaching practice of 7 years long in the physical education department of the South China Normal University. They are how to pass on more knowledge and skills high qualitatively, to cultivate the students' fast learning and imitative ability, aesthetic judgement as well as the ability to formulate aerobic exercises in the limited 36...

Based on the characteristics of the aerobics course and by means of observation, investigation, experimentation and others, many problems were solved in the aerobics teaching practice of 7 years long in the physical education department of the South China Normal University. They are how to pass on more knowledge and skills high qualitatively, to cultivate the students' fast learning and imitative ability, aesthetic judgement as well as the ability to formulate aerobic exercises in the limited 36 periods. The study was a good attempt for the transformation of the examination oriented education into the quality oriented education.

针对健美操课的特点 ,采用调查研究、教学实验等方法 ,作者在华南师大体育系 7年的健美操教学实践当中解决了如何能够在有限的 36学时中 ,既高质量地完成较多的传授知识技能的任务 ,又培养了学生的快速学习模仿能力、审美能力、创编训练等多方面能力的难题。该研究为应试教育向素质教育的转变提供了一个很好的尝试。

The means of communication between teachers and students in aerobics course are various,in which non-language communication has its special function and therefore plays a very important role. So the key to a successful course is how to use it correctly. By concluding a lot of teaching practice,this paper puts forward some of the means of non-language communication such as eyes exchange and expression exchange,moreover emphasizes on their function and points for attention.

健美操课程中师生间的交流方式多种多样 ,其中非言语交流方式具有独特的功效 ,准确运用这些方法是上好课的关键。文章通过对大量教学实践的总结 ,提出了目光接触交流、表情交流、身体姿态交流、空间位置变化交流等非言语交流方式 ,并阐述了它们的功能及注意事项
