For the problem of temperature sensor thermocouple's strong inertia, this paper proposes a kind of sensor data fusion algorithm based on matrix singular value decomposition for temperature sensor output information and surging sign. It respectively eliminates about 1.2% static error for aero-engine inlet temperature T_1 sensor and about 0.8% static error for low pressure turbine outlet temperature T_4 sensor.
PID fuzzy fusion control not only exerted the PID’s strongpoint of good static performance and ability of eliminating static error, but also was of fuzzy logic control’s fast respondence that could reduce the following error fast.
Fuzzily controller and the PID controller are unified in the fuzzy PID controller, both can eliminate the static error, and carry on the simple effective control to the complex system, thus meets the control requirements.
To overcome the shortcoming that fuzzy control has static error, a variable structure and adaptivefuzzycontrollerisproposed,whichcanproceed with the variable structure control and adaptivecontrolwithoutthesmoothtransitionproblemaccording to the different stages of control process. This controller also improves the performance of the dynamic state and overcomes the static error,whichgivesanewthoughtforthe control of the large time delay system.
Direct torque control (DTC) theory is another advanced control theory after VC theory in the speed control field. The application of DTC theory on PMSM is discusses in the end and the simulation results show perfect dynamic performance, minor static error and good robustness characteristic.
Water level control system of hydraulic model ex periments is nonlinear and large hysteresis system, P-FUZZY-PI composite control ler combines both fuzzy control characteristics of strong adaptability, good dyn amic behavior and strong resist interference ability and PID control characteristics of dispelling static error. The dynamic and static quality of control system is improved largely when P-FUZZY-PI controller is applied, and it has received perfect control effects.
The test results show that the proportronal positoon synchronized control system with speclal disposal algorithm of parallel connection structure, synchronized error feedback to gether with proportional control has no static error to second order and very good synchronized control characteristics.
