The results showed that Shenqi extraction could obviously prolong the pant time, decrease the content of brain water, brain index, penetrability of BBB, the content of TNF-α in brain tissue and the level of ET in serum. These indicated that Shenqi extraction had protective effects on closed craniocerebral injury in mice.
