It is not possible to achieve desired result with conventional PID regulators incases where industrial processes have unknown and/or varying parameters subject tostochastic disturbances.To solve this problem a new type of regulator has been designed on the basis ofstochastic control concept.This regulator makes use of recursive least square estimationwith minimum variance as performance function.The I/O signals are 0-10mA,d.c,ascommonly used in conventional analog instrumentation.Having the capability of on-line identification and real time control,the regulator is able to handle some controlproblems the conventional PTD regulator can't deal with satisfactorily.This paper des-cribes the principle,hardware,software and its embodiment.The regulator has beenused in the close-loop control of several simulated objects.Results show that thistype of regulator is feasible and practical.

在工业过程控制中,对于参数未知和/或慢变化的对象在有随机干扰的工况下,用常规的 PID 调节仪表来控制往往不能得到满意的效果。针对这种情况,本文提出并已研制出应用随机控制理论的一种新型工业调节仪表。它采用计算机控制技术,应用递推最小二乘估计和以最小方差为目标函数的控制算法。这种称为自适应调节器的仪表以 M6800微处理机为主体,采用传统的模拟仪表的0~10mA(直流)的输入输出信号。由于它具有在线辨识和实时控制能力,因而可以较好地解决一般的 PID 调节器所不能解决的一些调节问题。本文叙述了该仪表的原理,硬件的组成和软件的编制,并从仪表化的角度提出了实施的方法。最后用这种仪表对不同的模拟对象作了闭环试验,并与用 PI 调节作了比较,得到了较为满意的效果,从而证实了这种仪表设计的可行性。

The authors research and dtsisn a new type elctric-mechanical regulator operated by the backrest for controlling warp tension.By sensing the warp tension variation,the regulator can auto-matically adjust the rotation speed of the warp beam so as to maintain the warp tension moreor less constant.In this paper,the close-loop transfer function and the corresponding block diagram for this system are also established.From theoretical analysis and empirical measurement,it is provedthat this system is a negative feedback control system with phase lag 27°.Its static error is verysmall and its natural frequency is so high that it can give a good piecision in warp tensionregulation without any effects due to the warp beam diameter variation and a good response toany accidental tension variation.

本文以K251型丝织机为例,分析了半积极式自动调节送经机构的原理.运用自动控制原理,论证了该种丝织机调节系统所存在的问题,提出并研制了机电调节式送经机构改进的实验装置.
