The matter of dispatching bus in city has become an outstanding question. By investigating statistics of passengers current of getting on and getting off in every periods and stations, a mathematical model of dispatching buses is set up according to several rational assumptions. In this model the profit of passengers is in our consideration, but we give priority to the bus company. Then we apply it to a certain bus route and verify it by using a computer program.
