It has been found that carbonized resin is a kind of carrier with stable structure, higher specific area and plenty of oxygen containing active sites on the surface which play important roles in the supporting of HPW. Carbonized resin supported HPW catalyst is of high intensitive, stable composition and possesses high activity and selectivity for the target reaction.

研究了炭化树脂负载杂多酸催化剂的制备方法 ,利用TPD ,SEM等测试方法对催化剂进行了表征 ,以异丁烷与丁烯的烷基化作为目标反应 ,测定了催化剂的活性。初步实验结果表明 :该催化剂具有机械强度好 ,活性组分溶脱量少 ,能保持基材球状 ,酸强度大且分布均一等特点 ,是一种具有较好应用前景的新型负载杂多酸催化剂。
