The prepared ceramisites with high specific area, a medium of microorganism, used for water treatment, have been made from a kind of clay in Jiangxi with three kinds of additives. Prepared ceramisites have greater performance of microorganism filler in the application of BAF and AF technics. In this article the optimal ratio of the three additives and the most appropriate production condition have been obtained.

The result showed the dosage of HSAAC has a positive relationship with effect of the removal rate of CODCr. When the dosage of HSAAC was 2.0 g·L-1 and pH was 3, the removal rate was above 80%. Under the acidity condition, the treatment showed a better effect. CODCr in wastewater adsorbed by HSAAC mainly took place during the first 30 minutes. When the concentration of CODCr in wastewater was lower than 60 mg·L-1, after the treatment, the residual quality concentration of CODCr adsorption performance was lower than the First Class of the National Standard of the Surface Water of Environmental Quality (15mg·L-1). When HSAAC was regenerated with alkali, the regenerated rate for the first time was 94.22%, and for the second time was 86.9%. Overall, the high-specific surface area activated carbon has excellent adsorption performance and can easily be regenerated under the suitable conditions.

This paper utilizes minerals to resolve the problem of the obvious reduction of the efficiency of ozonization, which is caused by the high acidification of the dye wastewater during ozonization. This paper utilizes minerals to resolve the problem of the obvious reduction of the efficiency of ozonization, which is caused by the high acidification of the dye wastewater during ozonization. First, high specific area mordenites modified with copper oxide dipping were used as adsorbent to improve the efficiency of ozonization. Second, natural alkaline mineral brucites were employed to counteract the high acidification. The results of the experiments show that two schemes of Cu-mordenite combined with brucite added to dye wastewater, with mass ratios between Cu-mordenite and brucite being 2∶1 and 1∶1 respectively, could increase pH value of the wastewater and improve the efficiency of ozonization. The value of COD decreasing rate of the dye wastewater with m- Cu-mordedite /m- brucite being 1∶1 is enhanced by almost 30 percent compared with that of the organic water with ozone only. In the end, the authors deduce three possible mechanisms for minerals in organic wastewater ozonization processes. They are adsorption of Cu-mordenites, alkali catalysis related to brucite decomposition and complex reaction between Mg 2+ and organic acids.

本文针对有机染料废水臭氧化后水体严重酸化、导致臭氧化效率显著降低的问题,提出利用矿物材料改善臭氧化水体酸度,进一步提高臭氧化效率的思路。一方面采用高比表面积丝光沸石岩加载铜的氧化物作为吸附剂提高臭氧化效率,同时引入天然矿物水镁石,解决有机染料废水臭氧化后水体严重酸化的难题,进一步提高臭氧化效率。实验结果表明,Cu_丝光沸石岩/水镁石岩(复配方案为Cu_丝光沸石岩与碱性矿物质量比分别为2∶1和1∶1)可以改善染料废水臭氧化后水体的pH值,提高臭氧化效率。其中复配方案为1∶1的水体COD去除率与单独臭氧化相比提高近30%。经详细分析对比,提出矿物材料体系染料废水臭氧化反应中存在Cu_丝光沸石岩表面吸附作用反应机理、与水镁石溶解有关的碱催化机理及Mg2+与有机酸根络合反应机理。
