Traditionally, STI is obtained by analysing and calculating the signals of electro-cardio- graph,phonocardiogram and carotid-pulsate-diagram collected from a multi- channel physiology recorder. But this method is high in cost and low in presision, and it takes a relatively long time. The instrument mentioned here, with a specially designed plug-in unit inner a microcomputer, is connected with outer sensors and an adeguate so- ftwave is provided. It can make measurements in a simple, quick and acc- urate way. This instrument, which takes the place of multichannel physi- ology recorder for heart function diagnoses, and has been tested by both hospitals and research institutes, shows a high performence.

心脏收缩时间间期(STI)的测定是一种无创性的左心室功能的检查方法。目前测定STI的传统方法是在多道生理记录仪上测量心音图、心电图和颈动脉搏图,然后加以分析计算,但其代价高,精度差,费时费力。此微机心功能检测仪,用一个专用插件置于微机内,联接相应的传感器,并配有研制的专用软件,在测试心功能方面取代了多道生理信号记录仪,可准确、迅速地给出测量结果。

This article introduces briefly the principle of the multi-channel physiology recorder and its applications. We here also discuss several key problems met in designing,and their related solutions.

介绍了多道电生理记录分析系统的原理及用途。并对系统设计时所遇到的几个关键问题进行讨论并提出相应的解决方法。
