The strength grade of prepared high titanium green cementing material is not lower than 62.5R (refer to standard of normal silicate).

叙述高钛型绿色胶凝材料的研制过程,就高钛水渣与磷矿渣比例、碱的类型及掺量、高钛水渣粉的机械活化与碱激发的复合作用和早强碱质组分CX等对试体强度的影响进行较为系统的研究,配制出的高钛型绿色胶凝材料强度等级(参照普通硅酸盐标准)不低于62.5R。

>=In the paper, 10%-20% clinker and lots of waste slag, such as slag, steel slag, were used to prepared green cementing materials with the grade of cement 325 or 425. The hydrates and mechanism of hydration were studied by means of mortar strength measurement, XRD, Pore structure and SEM analysis. The result is: The green cementing materials can be prepared with the low clinker and high waste slag. It's good for saving clinker and using waste slag fully.

本文试验用10%-20%的水泥熟料及大量的以矿渣和钢渣为主的工业废渣,配置出325、425 号绿色复合水泥。通过对砂泉试样进行强度测试,同时利用X射线衍射分析、孔结构测试及电子显微分析等现代测试方法对试样水化硬化过程和水化机理进行研究,结果表明,试验配制的该低熟料、高工业废渣的绿色复合水泥是可行的,其对节约水泥熟料,充分利用工业废渣有很大好处。
