A circular wideband ultrasonic transducer has been developed by multi-resonance theory. It is mainly composed of a PZT plate acting as an oscillator and a curved back liner in order to make the system a state of multi-resonance. The experimental results show that the design is successful. The input impedance of the ori-ginal transducer is greatly suppressed and the bandwidth is increased by two times.

A novel method for sample tip distance regulation based on shear force principle is presentd. It is very sensitive and the sample tip distance can be regulated below 3nm. In addition, it is very cheap and easy to prepare.

扫描近场光学显微镜SNOM(scanningnear-fieldopticalmicroscope)自八十年代中期以来获得了迅速的发展,并具有超衍射极限光学分辨率。作为SNOM的关键技术之一,样品与探针间距的控制十分重要而且实现起来比较困难。基于剪切力原理,本文提出了一种新型的样品-针尖间距测控的非光学方法,即,利用压电陶瓷的压电和逆压电效应,将压电陶瓷片分为三部分,分别用于激励探针振动、固定探针以及探测针尖振动变化。该方法的灵敏度很高,可将样品-针尖的间距控制在3nm左右,而且廉价、制备十分简单。

Based on dynamic demodulation technique, a method of strain measurement using two fiber Bragg gratings is reported. The shift of reflective wavelength of one FBG under external strain is translated into a change in time interval of the optical pulse from another FBG drived by a PZT plate. Experiment demonstrates that the measurement accuracy can reach 2.5 mN with the range of 0~40 N.

报道了一种基于解调技术使用双光纤光栅测量张力的方法。在外界拉力下一个光纤布拉格光栅反射波长的漂移被转变成从另一个被压电陶瓷片调制的光栅反射的光脉冲间隔的变化。实验表明 ,当测量一个 4 0N以内的力时 ,测量精度可达到 2 .5mN。
