The results show chromatography process of rice hull cdlulose is a chemical and physical mixture adsorption. The property of affinity chromatography is well. 试验了稻壳纤维作为柱层析介质的性能 ,并制成亲和层析介质纯化脂肪酶。结果表明稻壳纤维层析过程为化学物理混合吸附过程 ,亲和层析性能良好 ,通过层析可将脂肪酶纯化 2倍 ,回收率达 81 .6%。适合较大规模层析分离。

In this paper the application and the research progress of rice husk and its products such as rice husk ash,rice husk carbon and rice hull cellulose,etc. in environment protection,chemical industry,foodstuff,agriculture and building materials are reviewed. Also the perspective of its comprehensive utilization is briefly introduced .

本文综述了稻壳及其产品(如稻壳灰和稻壳活性炭)在环保、化工、食品、农业及建材方面的最新应用与研究进展,并简要的介绍了其综合利用的前景。
