     The main idea of this dissertation is that a surface aging-hardened alloy layer is formed on the surface of a kind of low-alloy steel named 25Cr2Mo2V with double glow plasma alloying tech. The surface alloying layer has a certain depth and contention of W, Mo, Co. After quenching and aging, intermetallic compounds of W, Mo, Co and Fe were deposited in the basic phase.
     本课题旨在利用双层辉光离子渗金属技术在低碳钢25Cr2Mo2V材料表面形成一定厚度,一定合金含量的含W、Mo和Co三种元素的渗层,经过后续的热处理—固溶时效,最终形成表面时效硬化合金层,来提高廉价材料25Cr2Mo2V表面的耐磨性和高的硬度。

本文采用双层辉光离子渗金属技术(简称Xu-Tec法)进行了灰口铸铁表面渗Cr及Cr-Ni共渗的研究。实验工艺在采用表面工程研究所经多年实践所确定的最佳工艺参数(Vs、VC、P等)基础上,讨论了时间、温度对渗层的影响,分析了友口铸铁经离子渗Cr及Cr-Ni共渗后渗层组织,表面成分与硬度分布,并详细讨论了渗层的耐磨性和耐蚀性。

Microstructures of the carburized alloyed layer are analysised in detail by TEM.

采用双层辉光离子渗金属技术 ,首先在低碳钢表面渗入合金元素钨、钼 ;然后作固溶处理 ,使金属间化合物溶于基体中 ;接着渗碳 ,使合金层内形成大量弥散、均匀、细小的合金碳化物。经淬火及回火后的合金层具有高速钢组织及性能。对渗金属层渗碳后的组织进行了电子显微分析。

The effects of the process parameters on the depth of alloying layer of the double glow plasma alloying are studied by the muliti linear regressing method.It is arrived that heat preservation time and work current are the primary process parameters of effects on the alloying layer depth.Procide instruction for the nex process test and the increase of the alloying layer depth.

采用多元线性回归方法研究了双层辉光离子渗金属各工艺参数对渗层厚度的影响 ,得出保温时间和工件电流是影响渗层厚度的主要工艺参数 ,为进一步的工艺试验和提高渗层厚度提供了量化的参考依据
