Method: To sumup the experience in the repair of large area deep electric burn wounds using pedicle musculocutaneous flap, to introducethe method of how to get the flap and the attention points, and the details of the typical cases. Results: 12 cases subjectedto pedicle musculocutaneous flap transplantation all healed in 1st intention. The function and the appearance were verysatisfactory. Conclusion: Pedicle musculocutaneous flap is rich in blood supply, has strong anti-infective power and is noneed of vascular anastomosis. Pedicle musculocutaneous flap transplantation is an ideal method for the repair of large areadeep electric burn wounds.

目的:探讨大面积深度电损伤创面修复的方法。方法:总结了采用带蒂肌皮瓣 转移修复电损伤创面的病例,介绍了带蒂肌皮瓣切取的方法及注意事项和典型病例。结果:12例带蒂肌皮瓣移植均一期成活,功能及外形满意。结论:带蒂肌皮瓣具有血供丰富,抗感染能力强,不需吻合血管等优点,带蒂肌皮瓣移植是修复深度电损伤创面的理想方法。
