The liquid antioxidant through compounding the synthesized diamine with 2, 6-bis (tert-butyl) p-methyl-phenol (T501) had better effect on antioxygenation than using T501 alone, only 1/4 of T501 dosage was needed to meet the antioxydation specification without influencing other performance of the gasoline.
At an optimal condition of temperature 120℃ , WHSV 2h 1 and the ratio of ethyl alcohol to tert-butyl alcohol 1.5 : 1.0, the conversion of tert-butyl alcohol was 64. 46% and the selectivity of ETBE reached 83.17%.
In this paper, SO_4~(2-)/γ-Al_2O_3 solid superacid catalysts were prepared by impregnation, and ETBE was gas-phase synthesed by tert-butyl alcohol and ethanol on SO_4~(2-)/γ-Al_2O_3 solid superacid catalysts.
