本文着重研究软性填料用于膜法生物硝化的性能。试验结果表明,软性纤维用于膜法生物硝化,是一种理想的填料。它适宜于微生物生长,生物膜活性强,填料比表面积大,生物膜浓度高达3.41g/l。仅需半个月的挂膜时间。用于硝化的效果好。在容积负荷为0.24kg NH_3-N/m~3·d时,NH_3-N去除率达到87%。

The biofilm oxidation ditch method described in this paper was developed on the basis of the main features, i.e.plug flow and soft filler used in the activated sludge oxidation ditch and biological contact oxidation methods.It is necessary to mention that the adoption of flexible aeration tubing with variable microholes in this method not only strengthens the capability of oxidation, but also promotes the treatment technology more mature.

本文所述的生物膜法氧化沟(BFOD)是在活性污泥氧化沟及生物接触氧化法这二大形式的主要方面——推流式与软性填料的基础上发展起来的,值得一提的是可变孔(微孔)曝气软管的出现,不仅强化了充氧能力,而且使生物膜法氧化沟废水处理技术更加成熟。
