One hundred and fifty samples of wheat harvested in 1986 from 5 districts in Anhui province were analyzed for deoxynivalenol (DON) & zearalenone (ZEN) by thin layer chromatography method. The level of DON & the rate of scabby wheat decreas from south to north areas in the following order 812, 490, 350, 33, 0 ppb & 1.12, 0.75, 0.47, 0.09, 0 persent. There exist the same tendency in distribution and infection with DON & fusarium blight of wheat in Anhui.

The effect of acetone, alochol, dimethyl formamideand dimethyl sulfoxide against wheat fusarium blight, rice sheath blight, rape sclerotinia rot, cucumber gray mold, rice blast and wheat povdery miden through vitro and vivo experiments was tested in this paper. The result showed that these had different inhibiting effect on the growth of hypha of target pathogens in vitro experiment. The inhibiting rate of dimethyl formamide was over 20%, which was higher than that of the other three organic solvents....

Four organic solvents hadn't any inhibiting effect on target pathogens, expect that dimethyl sulfoxide had a little inhibiting effect on wheat powdery mildew in vivo experiment.

采用离体和活体试验法测定了丙酮、乙醇、二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基亚砜等四种溶剂对小麦赤霉病菌、水稻纹枯病菌、油菜菌核病菌、黄瓜灰霉病菌、水稻稻瘟病菌、小麦白粉病菌生长的影响.结果表明,在离体测定中四种有机溶剂对靶标病原菌菌丝的生长都存在着不同程度的影响,以二甲基甲酰胺最为明显,抑制率达20%以上.在活体测定中,除了二甲基亚砜对小麦白粉病有一定影响外,四种有机溶剂对靶标病原菌无任何不良影响.
