目的 设计记忆合金椎体螺纹撑开器 ,用来治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折。方法 设计不同直径的记忆合金椎体撑开器 ,进行卷曲后测量直径和两次放松后直径的测量 ,观察疲劳性和形变稳定性。结果 卷曲后的撑开器可以通过椎弓根植入 ,放松后尺寸基本满足椎体撑开要求。结论 记忆合金椎体螺纹撑开器合理、实用
