采用清华 0 0 1号脱水膜进行了渗透汽化环体有机硅脱水实验 ,考察了温度对膜脱水性能的影响 ,发现在料液初始含水量约为 2 2 0mg/L、料液温度 333.15至 35 3.15K、膜后侧压力 0 .5至 1.1kPa的条件下 ,可将环体有机硅中的水脱至 10mg/L以下 ,且 35 3.15K时 ,可脱水至 3mg/L以下 .借助于流体相平衡理论和UNIFAC模型对该体系脱水进行了估算 ,结果表明 ,清华 0 0 1号脱水膜适用于该体系 .
