The radiation induced grafting of electron beam pre-irradiated F 46film with 4-vinylpyridine in the vapor phase was studied. The F 46-4 vp grafts can be transformed into anion exchange me-mbranes by post-treatment. Results of experiments showed tbat: (1) The grafting process of F 46-4 vp systemwas very similar to that of F 46-st system, at the first stage grafting proceeded slo-wly; and the second stage was characterized by the increase of percentage graft; atthe final stage the percentage graft became levelled off. (2) The elongation of F 46-4 vp grafts varied with the percentage graft correspondingly. (3) Anion exchange me-mbranes prepared by above mentioned method exhibit good physical and chemical pro-perties. (4) Grafting in gaseous phase with recycling monomer seems to be effectual。

研究了电子预辐照F46(聚全氟乙丙烯)薄膜同4-乙烯基吡啶(4 VP)饱和蒸汽的接枝共聚。在气相接枝反应器内,4-乙烯基吡啶处于蒸发冷凝循环中。F46-4 VP接枝物经后处理可制得弱碱型阴离子交换膜。 研究结果表明:F46-4 VP接枝过程与F46-St接枝过程颇为相似,初期接枝缓慢,其后接枝速率迅速增长,最后接枝率趋于稳定不变。(2)接枝膜的伸长率与相应的接枝率呈正比关系。(3)由本法制得的阴离子交换膜具有较好的物理、化学性能。(4)有回流单体的气相接枝法是一种有效的接枝共聚方法。
