Using steady state mathematical model to compute the transfer coefficients is an effective method for analysing the characteristics of tandem mill and selecting reasonable program of operation and control system. Based upon the equations of tension in continuous rolling, a steady state mathematical model is established, and the variation of thickness and tension with variations of roll gap, roll speed, slab thickness and hardness calculated with an electronic computer. Results have been obtained on the influence of hardness and thickness of slab on the tension. The present model has the advantage of simplicity in construction and a smaller number of computing equations. Especially, by introducing the constant W_i of continuous rolling, it is possible to realize "self-adaptation" of the model by the method of parameter estimation.

应用连轧稳态数学模型计算影响系数,是分析连轧机的综合特性、选择合理的操作规程和控制系统的一种有效方法.本文以连轧张力公式为基础建立了稳态数学模型,在电子计算机上计算了分别改变辊缝、轧辊速度、坯料厚度和坯料硬度时,厚度和张力的变化值,即影响系数.得到了坯料硬度和厚度对张力影响的不同结果.计算结果与国外研究者的计算和实验结果相近,证明了模型的正确性.本模型具有结构简明.计算公式少的特点,特别是引入了连轧常数Wi,可以用参数估计的方法实现模型的"自适应".

This paper makes a survey of developments in the domain of information theory in the last thirty years.Five problems have been discussed,namely:Shannon Theory;channel coding;mo- dern information theories;the detection and estimation theory;and the information or signal processing. This paper makes a survey of developments in the domain of information theory in the last thirty years.Five problems have been discussed,namely:Shannon Theory;channel coding;mo- dern information theories;the detection and estimation theory;and the information or signal processing. Since attention paid to the first and third problems by workers in our electronics circles is in general insufficient,an account of the major historical achievements in those problems have been concisely presented.In respect of the detection and estimation theory,the difference between the theory of quantum detection and estimation and the theory of classical signal detection and parameter estimation is simply stated.Besides these five problems,the author suggests three other areas deserving of fur- ther attention of our information workers in the near future,namely:cryptography;the relations between information theory and other branches of science;and the information science.

本文回顾了三十年来的信息论的发展。这个回顾分为五个问题,即 Shannon 信息论,信道编码,近代信息论,检测和估计理论,信息或信号处理问题。一般说来,国内的电子工作者对第一和第三两个问题注意不多,所以扼要地陈述了历史上较重要的成果。在检测和估计理论方面简单地阐明了量子检测和估计理论与经典的信号检测和参数估计理论的不同点。在这五个问题以后,作者又提出在近期我国信息论工作者应该给予注意的三个方面。它们是:保密学,信息论与其它学科的关系和信息科学。
