This paper presents a new high-torque piezoelectric motor that is driven by traveling wave on conic section. It is different from some former motors whose rotor and stator are in frictional contact by several points during the dynamic process, this paper clarify the new structure which the rotor and stator are in contact by the line during the dynamic process.
This paper introduces a kind of permanent magnetic synchronous machine. It supply with sinusoidal pulse width modifying (SPWM) inverter and designed as a low-speed and high-torque machine, suitable for direct drive of elevator and no gear reduction is needed.
