The author analyzed the results of noise measurement and identified the noise sources of the FFC-23A disk mill made in Jimo agricultural machinery works of Shandong Province in this paper. Also, the noise spectrum of three other model disk mills was analyzed. The primary noise source of disk mill falls un-der the aerodynamic noise and mainly the rotation noise. Secondly the noise source is the solid noise radiated from the vibration of each component due to the unbalanced rotation of main shaft. It has been proved that the noise in the disk mill related to the tooth number of moving tooth-disk and fixed tooth-disk, and the number of paired teeth they meet each other simultaneously.The author has also analyzed the generating mechanism of the aerodynamic noise.

本文以山东即墨农机厂生产的FFC-23A型爪式粉碎机为例,进行了噪声测试分析、识别噪声源,并对其它型号的爪式粉碎机作了频谱分析,确定了爪式粉碎机噪声主要属空气动力性噪声,且以旋转噪声为主,其次为由主轴不平衡转动引起的各部件振动辐射的固体噪声。证明了爪式粉碎机噪声与动齿、定齿的齿数及它们同时相遇齿的对数有关,并对空气动力性噪声的产生机理进行了分析。

The vascular relationships between jaw bones and their surrounding soft tissues arestudied by observing microvascular resin casts with scanning electron microscopy.The co-mmunicating vessels between the hard and soft tissues are composed of arteries,veinsand capillaries,which are arranged in various manners.Because of these plenty of bloodvessel communications,the moved tooth-alveolar segments can survive without medullaryblood supply after orthognathic osteotomies.
