A simple and effective electric arc furnace electrode position control scheme is proposed for solving the problems of the arc gain time varying and interactions between phases. This paper presents a new method of setting the optimal flow rate of Ar,which applies normalized Fuzzy scaling method to realize the feedforward compensation of the main controlled object through the variation of position of electrode. The simulation proves this method can keep the flow of Ar at the optimal point during the whole refining period.

提出了通过模糊串级控制实现氩气最佳流量设定的新方法,并通过电极位置变化采用归一FUZZY量化方法,实现对主控制对象的前馈补尝.通过试验证明该方法在整精炼期都能保证氩气流量的优化控制,为生产高质量的钢材提供了必要保证.
