Through a lot of experiments, it is showed that the new System not only obtained a good feature of steady and transient Characteristics(in the range 400~1450r. p. m when the full Load is applied(taken off), the transient speed down(rise): 10~20rev/sec; time of recuperation <0.2sec; steady state error (?)0), but also can improve the stability of system. In the same time, the ef- fect of suppression both of constat and harmonic disturbance are obvious, therefore the system has better waveform: In addition, because of the simpler system construction and being easily regulated the new system is easily put in practical application in engineering.

本文根据现代控制理论在直流调速中日益广泛的应用现状,用鲁棒控制理论,提出了鲁棒控制器的一种新设计法。实验证明,新系统不仅静态特性和瞬时特性良好(在400~1450转/分,满荷时,瞬时速下降或上升10~20转/分,恢复时间低于0.2秒,静态误差接近于零)而且稳定性亦有改善。同时还有效地抑制了谐波扰动,因而波形较好。此外,新系统结构简单,调试容易,自然易于工程中的推广。

In this paper, a combined control method is introduced for the thyristor fed double-loop D. C. motor drive System with improved servo ability and resistant performance to load disturbance. An approximate physical realization of the feedforward device used by both speed set- points and load disturbance signals is proposed. Theoretical analysis and experimental results indicate that our system is better than the convention- al double-loop one in tracking the set-point and accomodating the load disturbance....

本文介绍一个速度跟随和抗负载扰动性能都得到改善的复合控制可控硅双环调速系统,提出了一个速度给定和负载扰动共用的前馈装置的近似物理实现,理论分析和实验结果证明,系统的跟随性能和抗扰性能都比常规的双环系统要好。
