A new technology was studied on steel sheet rolling in liquid condition.It has been successin both laboratory and industry.The steel sheets obtained were used to manufacture farm tools andhardwares.Technological factors of stable shaping in process were systematically investigated.Themicrostructures,mechanical properties and heat treatment of the shects were also studied.Results showthat the as-cast structure is non-homogeneous widmanst(?)tten,being hard and brittle.However fineand homogeneous pealite structure could be obtained by annealing and“periodic treatment”,thencomprehensive property improved.Hot rolling at temperature of 900-950℃ and reduction of 10-30%not only can improve the surface quality and gauge precision,but also enhance the mechanical pro-perty to meet the specification for conventionally produced G3 steel sheet.

本文研究了液态铸轧钢板新工艺,在实验室和工业生产条件下铸轧低碳钢板获得成功。并利用铸轧低碳钢板制成农具和日用五金。通过系统的工艺研究,掌握了稳定成型的工艺参数和生产过程;通过对铸轧低碳钢板的组织、热处理制度和力学性能的研究表明:铸态组织为不均匀晶粒和魏氏组织,其性能较为硬脆,经退火和“周期处理”后晶粒细小且均匀,珠光体形态规则,分布均匀,综合性能基本合格。铸轧钢板经900~950℃、10~30%热轧,不仅改善表面质量和板厚精度,而且其力学性能达到传统方法生产的 G3钢板的性能要求。

The appearance of surface cross lines on the shadow mask sheet rolled by twenty high mill is discussed in this paper. It is impossible to remove the cross lines completely only by controlling the rolling technique.By observing and testing on line, signal treatment and frequency band analysis, its confirmed that the surface cross lines is developed due to vibration of the rolls.And the vibration is mainly produced by the harmonics of powers source and the effect of gear quality.A plan to solve...

本文对二十辊轧机轧制薄钢带表面出现横纹问题进行了研究。只通过改变轧制工艺,薄钢带表面纹横不能明显好转,因此,通过在线监测、信号处理及频谱分析后确认:钢带表面横纹由轧辊颤振所造成,振源主要为电源谐波,其次是齿轮质量的影响。为此提出了解决方案。方案实施后,钢带表面横纹消除。

A calculation method of the flattening in sheet rolling deformation zone, using influence function, was derived. Comparing with the experimental results introduced in reference the method derived here shows rather higher calculation precision and basically in an agreement with the actual measured results.

采用影响函数法推导了薄板轧制时变形区内轧辊弹性压扁的计算式。与文献的实验结果相比,本文导出的计算式有相当高的计算精度,并与实测结果基本一致。
