In general, it is impossible for an area to know entirely the operation behaviour of the opposite area. There- fore, it is also impossible to know the operation behaviour of the whole system. A real-time control method for interconnected power frequency and tie-line power flow is presented in this paper. In general, it is impossible for an area to know entirely the operation behaviour of the opposite area. There- fore, it is also impossible to know the operation behaviour of the whole system. In the proposed method, an area can independently apply control to the system frequency and tie-line power flow according to its own operation state and a small amount of information provided by the opposite area. It is stressed that under normal operation state, an area can only correct its own regulation deficiency.Since method of the least squares is employed for real-time identification of the slope of frequency response for an area, the frequency bias setting of an area can show real system state. For real-time application, it is necessary to construct a mathematical model by linearizing the system near the operation point. Secure constraints of transmission lines are given in the form of control variables. The optimal control strategy is oblained by solving a LP problem.As an application example, this method was used in analogue system. The results show that the calculation is fast and accurate enough for real-time operation.

本文给出了一种关于互联电力系统频率和联络线功率潮流的实时控制方法。通常,一个区域系统不可能完全了解对方区域系统的运行性能,故也不可能知道整个系统的运行状态。用本文所述的方法,可以根据一个区域系统本身的运行状态和由对方系统提供的少量信息对系统频率和联络线功率潮流独立地加以控制。在正常运行状态下,强调一个区域系统只对本区域的调节偏差加以纠正。 采用最小二乘法实时辩识区域的频率响应特性斜率,所以,频率偏置系数能正确地反映实际系统的性状。 为了实时应用的需要,在运行点处线性化后得到数学模型。线路的安全约束以控制变量的形式给出。由一个线性规划问题的解得到其最优控制策略。 本文以一个模拟系统作为实例,计算结果表明这种方法精度高、时间省、适合于实时控制的应用。
