It is important to ascertain the alive and dead aquatic plant' s releasing regularity of nitrogen and phosphorus which is the limited nutrient from the lake. By doing this,we can rehabilitate and maintain water quality of the lake; provide the scientific foundation for harnessing the lake' s endogenesis pollution and protecting the environment. By studying this experiment,we calculate the releasing intensity of TN and TP in different illumination, temperature and DO condition; analyze the behavior mode and the migration and conversion paths of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients and protect the waterbody.

双龙湖是浅水型城市湖泊,一度为重富营养化湖泊。综合治理后内源污染可能成为湖泊营养物的主要负荷。研究湖中生长和死亡的水草对限制性营养元素——氮、磷释放规律,对于修复水体、保持水质具有重要意义,为湖泊内源治理、水环境保持提供科学依据。本文通过对双龙湖水草浸泡试验研究,计算出总氮和总磷在不同光照、温度、溶氧条件平均释放强度;分析水草在不同浸泡条件下氮、磷营养盐的行为模式和迁移转化途径,从而采取适宜措施维护双龙湖水质。
