本文采用巴氏醋酸杆菌As1.41,进行活化、分离,分别以蔗糖、淀粉、葡萄糖、糊精、糖蜜为碳源进行了产醋酸发酵培养和产酸量测定。最后以产酸量最高的糖蜜为碳源,在不同乙醇浓度、培养温度、矿化度和pH值条件下进行产酸定性试验及其研究,从而确定醋酸杆菌As1.41最佳的培养条件。得出以添加糖蜜为碳源醋酸菌产酸量最高,发酵时间短,可作为微生物驱油菌,用于油水井酸化,提高原油采收率。
