By inhibition zone method the inhibition action of 50% Ronilon DF on Botrytis cinerea was determined indoors. The toxicity regression equation was y=-3.5394+2.7017x,r=0.9043,and ED 50=1448.10g/m3.The experiment in plastic tunnels showed that 800~1000-fold fluid of 50% Ronilon DF had a quite good control efficacy on the diseased blades and fruits of tomato plant. So the method of using 50% Ronilon DF to control Botrytis cinerea could be popularized in tomato production.

在室内条件下 ,采用抑菌圈法测定 5 0 %农利灵 (Ronilon)水分散剂对番茄灰霉病菌 (Botrytiscinerea)的抑菌能力 ,其毒力回归方程为 :y =- 3.5 394 +2 .70 17x ,r =0 .90 4 3,y与x呈正相关 ,其ED50 =14 4 8.10g m3。田间病害药效防治试验表明 ,5 0 %农利灵水分散剂 80 0~ 10 0 0倍液处理对番茄叶片及果实灰霉病有较好的防效 ,在生产上可推广应用。

以前关于木霉菌的研究主要集中在其生物防治作用方面,对于木霉菌作为有害菌时如何选择杀菌剂进行化学防治以及木霉菌作为生防菌时如何协调生物防治和化学防治,这些问题研究得很少。为提高对病害的综合防治效果,本实验就三种常用于防治番茄灰霉病的杀菌剂,对五种木霉菌株的抑制能力进行了室内测定。
