The results show that Zn and Ag ? Cu can form the AgZn and CuZn3 compound and the microstructure of Sn3.5Ag0.5Cu solder is refined at the same time. Morever, the wettability of the Sn3.5Ag0.5Cu lead-free solder is reduced and its tension strength is improved by adding elements Zn in Sn3.5Ag0.5Cu solder.
The 5W6Mo5Cr4V die material treated using compound Re modification was investigated. The results indicate that the network eutectic carbides are changed, the matrix is refined and the segregation of alloy elements was reduced as well.
The results revealed that the microstructure of Mg-4%Zn alloy is significantly refined with addition of 0.3%Ca. And with increasing Ca addition the mechanical properties of Mg-4%Zn alloy are increased rapidly at first and then decreased slowly.
The specimens of refined 40Cr steel were fatigued in low cycle by MTS electro-hydraulic servo machine in the condition of strain ε=±0.5% and ±0.8%, followed by interval tempering. The prolonging of fatigue life was obtained.
Certain hypotheses concerning optimal control are refined and the relationship between the Pontryagin maximum principle and Bellman's dynamic programming method in the context of these hypotheses is discussed.
Malyugin on linearization of arithmetical models of logical functions are interpreted and refined from the viewpoint of modern techniques of logical design of integral circuits and nearest neighbor technologies.
Internal friction as a function of strain amplitude in zone-refined molybdenum single crystals and commercially pure polycrystalline molybdenum was measured with the three-component piezo-electric resonator method developed by Marx. A Granato-Lucke (GL) type of strain-amplitude-dependent decrement was obtained in molybdenum single crystal annealed in hydrogen at 2000℃. With some prior deformation in molybdenum single crystal, a plateau (or maximum) appears on the decrement-amplitude curve, which is si...
By hot rolling at temperatures between 1175°~900℃ and subsequently isothermaltreating at 600℃, the grain size of α-Fe was refined to 7-22μ in diameter. There werea number of 3-and 2-dimensional dislocation networks and precipitates of small NbCparticles in α-Fe. The lower yield stress of the alloy can be increased up to 35--42kg/mm~2 by the combined strengthening of grain refinement, second phase particle (NbC)and dislocation substructure. The lower yield stress σ_(ly) is related to the average valueo...
