Based on many project practices, this paper concludes and analyses the resources of the water in the tunnel and the prediction method of the large amount of seepage. According to the water resources and their relative positions with respect to the tunnel as well as the geologic conditions, the closure method is given. When removing water can not satisfy the requirement, the effective way of sealing is presented. Finally, the methods of removing water during tunneling, supporting and operating are discussed.

本文根据大量工程实践经验,总结分析洞内水的来源,大量涌水前的先兆和予测方法;根据水源与隧洞相对位置以及地质情况,选择截流方法与截流措施;当排水措施还不能满足施工要求时,应该及时采取有效的堵水措施。最后论述了隧洞在开挖,支护以及运转过程中的排水措施。

This paper describes the result of anchor and shotcrete support of a diversion tunnel of Geheyan Project.The result shows that the compressive strength and wear resistance of the shotcrete material has increased by 40% with silicon powder and water reducer used. It is very useful for tunnel construction. 本文叙述了清江隔河岩工程导流隧洞的锚喷支护试验研究成果。试验表明,利用硅粉和减水剂可使喷混凝土抗压强度及抗磨度提高约40%,有利于水工隧洞施工中的应用。在观测洞的强风化页岩段开挖时,使用该材料进行锚喷网联合支护,已安全成洞。另外,还研究了一种丙烯酸盐喷混凝土材料,它既有瞬时凝结、硬化的特性,又有较高的早期强度和后期强度,对有涌水的岩面也有足够的粘着力。
