The effective height of a jump can be summed up as the total of heights according to the position of the body gravity center,that is, H= H1+-H2- H3 (± H3).This paper makes biomechnical analysis of the importance of H1 and discusses how to increase the value of H2 ,and how to decrease the value of H3 with a view to further defining the function and the interelationship of the factors that affect the jump height.

The mean relapse was 3.2°(Cobb′s angle),while the results of the 64 patients who had been operated by translaminal osteotomy with mean relapse being 13 5°.These two results were statisticaly significant(P<0 01).The incomplete silence of the pathological process,selection of the osteotomy methods,insuffecient correction of anterior displacement of the body gravity center and time insufficency of postoperative external immobilization were factors involving the long term results.

作者对632例强直性脊柱炎并驼背畸形施行二种脊柱截骨矫治术,对其中135例病人进行了6~10年观察,结果表明:71例椎弓椎体联合截骨效果较好,驼背复发平均3.2°。而64例椎板截骨效果略差,驼背平均复发13.5°。经统计学处理,两者对比有显著的统计学意义(p<0.01)。作者认为病变未完全静止,截骨术式的选择,术中身体重心前移未彻底纠正,以及外固定时间过短等是影响远期效果的因素。

The curved run take-off created efficient condition for the earlier charge and accumlation of gravity center and vertical speed of Fosbury Flop.During the process the moving direction of body turns from inward dedine to vertical position ,the body gravity center increaese on the contrary,and the vertical speed accelerates with the accelaration of the body gravity center.

为进一步研究背越式跳高起跳理论 ,运用文献资料法 ,对背越式跳高弧线助跑起跳过程进行分析 ,揭示弧线助跑起跳为背越式跳高身体重心运动方向和垂直速度的提早改变和累积创造了有利条件 ,身体由内倾转变为竖直过程 ,身体重心和垂直速度随之加速上升和增大 ,加快助跑速度有利于提高起跳效果。
