In order to study the effects of electromagnetic stirring on as-cast structure of metals an analogue experiment in hot condition has been performed in the laboratory. An electromagnetic stirrer of the rotation type was employed under similar conditions, the as-cast structure of metals solidified with and without electromagnetic stirring were compared. The effects of stirring intensity(the rotation speed)and stirring time on the as-cast structure were observed. Cast iron, silicon steel, high temperature alloys...

为研究电磁搅拌对金属凝固组织的影响,在实验室做了一些热模拟试验工作.实验采用旋转型电磁搅拌器.在相似条件下,液态金属在电磁搅拌下凝固与不经电磁搅拌凝固的铸态组织进行对比.同时观察搅拌强度(旋转速度)和搅拌时间对铸态组织的影响.选用铸铁、硅钢、高温合金等作对比试验.试验结果表明,电磁搅拌能消除粗大柱状晶,使晶粒细化,钢中低熔点杂质分布均匀,并能改变铸铁中石墨分布情况,使之呈分散的絮团状分布,并提高其硬度.

By blowing vanadium bearing hot metal (Si 0.16%, Mn 0.19%, V 0.355%) in an oxygen bottomblown converter, a vanadium oxide bearing slag was obtained, which had a high V_2O_5 content (23%) and low FeO (TFe 35.28%). From this slag Fe-V alloy can be produced. The blown metal had high C (3.77%), low V (0.001%), and a high (V)/[V] ratio (891-1298), beneficial to steelmaking.

氧气底吹转炉吹炼含Si0.16%,Mn0.19%,V0.355%的铁水,能得到质量满意的钒渣。其特点是:钒渣(V_2O_5)高(23%),氧化铁低(TFe35.28%)有利于钒铁合金生产。半钢含碳3.77%,余钒0.01%,(V)/[V]高(891~1298)。有利于炼钢生产。

A new ESR technique with adding rare-earth metals to alloys by reduction of rare-earth oxides is presented in this paper. The possibility of reduction of rare-earth oxides to metals by aluminum in Fe-Cr-Al alloys as well as by aluminum, calcium, silicon and titanium has been studied from the view point of thermodynamics. According to the activities, the properties of the melts and -esults of the normal distribution tests, a new electro-slag system which has a reasonable composition of rare-earth...

A new ESR technique with adding rare-earth metals to alloys by reduction of rare-earth oxides is presented in this paper. The possibility of reduction of rare-earth oxides to metals by aluminum in Fe-Cr-Al alloys as well as by aluminum, calcium, silicon and titanium has been studied from the view point of thermodynamics. According to the activities, the properties of the melts and -esults of the normal distribution tests, a new electro-slag system which has a reasonable composition of rare-earth oxides and a corresponding technology have been established. Experiments have proved that remelting of the rare-earth slag would make it possible to contain 0.02% rare-earth metals in OCr_(25) Al_5 alloy. Compared to the Al_2O_3-CaF, system, this slag is more effective to eliminate impurities, such as oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, phosphorus and sulfur, and to floot out the non-metallic inclusions. In addition, the types and morphologies of the inclusions have been changed by rare-earth metals. It has been found that the service life of OCr_(25)Al_5 alloy produced in this way is more than 62 hours at 1350℃. The toughness at room temperature and the elongation after life test have been improved also.

文中提出了一种适用于电渣重熔的还原稀土氧化物加稀土的新工艺。从热力学分析了用铝、钙、硅、钛及铁铬铝中的铝还原稀土氧化物成稀土金属进入合金的可能性。根据活度、熔体性质及正交设计试验确定了新的稀土渣系的合理组成及相应的工艺条件。实验表明,用稀土渣进行电渣重熔能使OCr25A15中含稀土量达0.02%,与Al_2O_3-CaF_2系比较它具有更强的去氧、氮、硫、磷、氢及夹杂的能力。再加稀土改变了夹杂物的类型和形貌。使OCr25A15合金在1350℃寿命达62小时以上,常温韧性及寿命试验后的伸长率亦得到了改善。
