The ball rotor, as an arming and safety device has found wide applications in the fuzes for small caliber projectiles used in antiaircraft, aircraft mounted and ship-based guns as well as for recoilless gun projectiles. Its main advantages are simple in structure, easy to manufacture and small in volume. By means of this device we can get an arming delay if the rotational speed of projectiles is low (e. g. ω≈9000rpm). The ball rotor, as an arming and safety device has found wide applications in the fuzes for small caliber projectiles used in antiaircraft, aircraft mounted and ship-based guns as well as for recoilless gun projectiles. Its main advantages are simple in structure, easy to manufacture and small in volume. By means of this device we can get an arming delay if the rotational speed of projectiles is low (e. g. ω≈9000rpm). The problem of arming delay may be easily solved if the ball rotor device is combined with a mechanism in which the safety part is made of meltable alloy (e. g. the fuze for small caliber antiaircraft guns). It is the centrifugal moment that causes the ball rotor to rotate, so that it is only used in fuzes for spin projectiles whose rotational speed is about 9000—50000rpm. The reliability of the function of the ball rotor and the calculations of its arming time are based on the theoretical analysis of its movement. This paper makes a theoretical analysis of the movement of the ball rotor by means of two non-inertial coordinated systems and introduces the differential equations of the movement of the ball rotor and the calculations of its starting time. Finaly, the deviation of the centre of the ball rotor from the axis of the projectiles is discussed.

It has been shown that the determined volume efficiency of cylinder was η, 92.35% which was higher than that η_v=88% of Standard of Mechanism Section and the amount of wear of antifriction layer was tiny. The p/M composite material cylinder has more obviously technological and economical results as compared with the cylinder made of iron-aluminum bronze (QAL 9-4) and composite metal cylinder by casting.

缸体是高压轴向柱塞泵的重要部件。用烧结扩散焊接工艺制取的粉末冶金双金属缸体,是以45号钢作为缸体基体,在柱塞孔侧壁和配油面,烧结一层减摩性好的铜铅材料而成的一种复合结构制品。本文简述了缸体减摩材料的机械、物理性能,列出了两轮台架试验的主要结果。试验表明:型式试验结束后泵的容积效率为η_v=92.35%,高于部颁标准要求(η_v=88%),且减摩层磨损量极微。粉末冶金双全属缸体与QAL9—4青铜整体结构缸体和浇铸双金属缸体比较,可大幅度节约铜合金材料。根据试验测算,一个63CY14—1B泵缸体,可节约铜合金约8kg。

Surface scratch phenomenon of LY12 aluminium alloy extruded at high temperature and lubricated by cylinder oil-graphite was analysed by multiple function electron spectroscope, scanning electron microscope, and me-talloscope. The wear test for aluminium alloy was carried out in a pin on disk apparatus and the topograph of friction track on the disk and the composition of pin surface layar and wear debris were provided. The lubrication performance of cylinder oil-graphite was assessed. The reasons of surface scratch for extruded LY12 aluninium alloy were studied. Some suggestions for further improvement of this lubricant were presented.

作者用多功能电子能谱仪、扫描电镜以及金相显微镜,对LY12铝合金表面在高温下以汽缸油-石墨润滑时的擦伤现象进行了分析。在栓-盘试验机上进行了磨损试验,提供了铝合金摩擦轨迹内的形貌和摩擦栓、磨屑等部位的组成,考察了汽缸油-石墨这种润滑剂的润滑性能,对LY12铝合金热挤压表面擦伤的原因进行了探讨,並对进一步改进润滑剂提出了建议。
