The polar filament of spores of Nosema hemerophla had about 10 coils with an angle of tilt of at least 12° and the polarplast was composed of three parts and as arranged...

电镜观察表明,家蚕微孢子虫(Nosema bombycis)孢子极丝平均为13圈,圈倾斜角大于29°,极膜层部排列较紧密,并可明显区分为两个部分,整个孢子内富含糙面内质网。桑尺蠖微孢子虫(Nosema hemerophila)孢子极丝排列相当整齐,极丝只有10圈左右,圈倾斜角在12°以上,极膜层部由前、中、后三部分组成,排列较松散,糙面内质网含量较少。两者孢子的表面细微结构差异不明显。

The dimorphic species Vairimorpha spp. (including 1 . antheraeae) also have a similar spore shape but they caused infection mainly in the fatbody ,not in silk glands, salivary glands,ganglians etc. The type slides are deposited in Institute of Plant Protection CAAS Beijing.

“养蚕欢”是四川省农科院蚕桑研究所与南充地区茧丝绸公司蚕桑站共同研制的由次氯酸盐等多种有效成分组成的复合消毒剂。用养蚕欢50~200倍液消毒蚕室蚕具,对家蚕病毒病,真菌病、微粒子病、卒倒病等防治效果达95%以上。养蚕欢按规定剂量使用对家蚕的发育及体质无影响。用于农村消毒防病,比常规消毒剂——漂白粉用量少、成本低,使用方便,药效稳定,防病效果好,增产蚕茧显著。
