     The antioxygenation of binary , ternary and tetrad complex type antioxidants in low cis - 1,4 -polybutadiene rubber (LCBR) was studied on the basis of antioxidants 1010, 1076, 264, 168 and TNP. The results showed that the complex type antioxidants had better properties of antiheating, antioxygen and antimechanical shearthan those of singl antioxidant. The binary complex type antioxidants composed of hindered phenol and phosphite had best comprehensive performances .

本文提出一种以流行病学病史询问、吞球测定胃液 pH 潜血与血清耐热试验、铜蓝蛋白检查结合的胃癌初筛方法,对可疑病例再用国产胃镜检查活检确诊。用本法在大连钢厂与新金县安波公社进行两次普查试点,在2,018人中发现了一批胃病患者,其中在胃癌高发区安波公社的1,001人中,查出7例胃癌;包括晚期3例、中期2例、早期2例,占受检人群的3.5‰。初步认为本胃癌普查法,具有安全、简单、低廉和有效的优点,在初筛方法组合中,流行病学病史询问和吞球测定胃液 pH 潜血地位重要,结合血清耐热试验与铜蓝蛋白异常进行分析,可能对广大基层发现可疑胃癌病人有一定意义。在这两次普查试点中,我们摸索了一些排除吞球检测胃液pH 与潜血的假阳性或假阴性因素,但是仍有农民陈述病史含糊(如神经衰弱),胃液潜血反应不稳定及血生化结果特异性不强等缺点,待进一步研究改进。

Mice were passively and actively immunized with the antiserum against C. jejuni, strain CJ-S131, and the oral vaccine of formalin-treated CJ-S131, and then were challenged with the live bac-teia to study on its intestinal adherence and colonization of the mice by the colonyforming units(CFU)method in vivo. Bacterial ad-herence was significantly inhibited by immunizing the mice with specific amtiserum, Fab-fragments of the IgG and anti-heat-labile antigen serum(ALAS) but not anti-heat-stable...

Bacterial ad-herence was significantly inhibited by immunizing the mice with specific amtiserum, Fab-fragments of the IgG and anti-heat-labile antigen serum(ALAS) but not anti-heat-stable antigen serum(ASAS). Ability to inhibitintestinal adherence and colonization of active immunized nice paralleled to the ammounts of antibody-forming cells(AFC)in the lamina propria, more of which could be detec-ted in the secondarily primed mice and less in the primarily primed mice. Spe-cific Fab-fragments could inhibit bacterial autoaggregation in vitro of CJ-S131. The results showed that adhesion of CJ-S131 was heat-labile and could induced mu-cosal immunity preventing CJ-S131 from adhesion and colonization. It was sug-gested that CFU per gram intestinal tissue could truly reflect the state of mucosal immunity of gut, thus, the CFU method in vivo might be used as one methods to evalute the functionally mucosal immunity.

本文用空弯菌CJ-S_(131)抗血清和甲醛处理的菌苗分别免疫小鼠,活菌攻击后,以体内CFU法研究该菌在免疫小鼠体内的粘附和定居。用特异性抗血清、IgG之Fab段、热敏抗原抗血清(ALAS)被动免疫小鼠后,该菌在小鼠肠内的粘附和定居均受到显著的抑制;而耐热抗原的抗血清(ASAS)则无显著抑制效果。主动免疫小鼠抗该菌粘附和定居的能力和肠粘膜免疫功能强弱有关。一次免疫组肠固有膜内特异性抗体形成细胞(AFC)较加强免疫组少,故加强免疫组抗空弯菌CJ-S_(131)粘附和定居的能力较强,CFU/g显著低于对照组。本文结果表明,CFU/g能较客观地反映粘膜免疫状态,因此,体内CFU法可作为估价粘膜免疫功能的一种研究方法。

Polysaccharides suitable for hydraulic fracturing are mainly vegetable gums and cellulose derivatives. Guar gum is widely used as gelling agent abroad. Betrer anti-heat ability and less amount of residue of the fracturmg fluids can be obtained by chemical modification of guanidine gum and the use of new crosslinking agents. 本文分析了国内外多糖水基压裂液添加剂的发展现状,指出植物胶和纤维素衍生物等多糖被广泛应用于配制水基压裂液。国外普遍使用瓜尔胶作胶凝剂。通过对瓜尔胶进行化学改性和使用新型交联剂,可以改善压裂液的耐温性,降低残渣量,并进一步发展延缓交联等新技术.文章还建议我国应努力开发适合我国条件的多糖压裂液新品种。
