Objective:To investigate the mechanism of Dachengqi decoction (DCQD,大承气汤) in treatment of experimental pulmonary edema and multiple organs injury in order to provide scientific evidence for clinic treatment.
Conclusions:These findings indicate that the DCQD has the effect of improving experimental pulmonary edema,protecting rabbits from multiple organs injury and keep internal environment stable and improve recovery of multiple organs.
OCT showed that the macular edema disappeared or was alleviated.
PAF and 1-alkenyl-PAF induced rat paw edema in the range of doses 0.1-10 and 10-100 μg per paw, respectively.
Paw edema induced by 1-acyl-PAF (10-100 μg per paw) was more pronounced than that induced by PAF or 1-alkenyl-PAF.
