Two samples of coal liquid-tetralin extracts and tars from carbon black were analyzed by-liquid chromatography with UV detector, 27 peaks can be obtained for the former sample and 41 peaks for the latter.By comparing with relative retention time and UV spectrum of pure chemicals and by varying the wave length of UV detector, 19 peaks of tetralin extracts and 23 of the other can be identified.The plate number, degree of separation and the number of peak identified are compared with those in literature....

In the determination of the fission yields of lanthanide nuclides, lanthanide elements, with carriers of 1-2 mg per element are separated from one another by means of high performance chromatography on a polystyrene-sulfuric acid cation exchange resin column consisting of stainless steel tube (4.1×500 mm) with concentration gradient elution using α-hydroxyisobutyric acid of 0.07M and 0.50 M at pH 5.8. The cocentration gradient is effected by a simple gradient device which consists of two circular cone vessels (Fig. 2). The effects of the flow-rate, the temperature and loading on the chromatographic parameters are studied in detail. The results show that (1) a plot of the effective plate height (H) with the.flow-rate is a straight line, the slope of which increases with the atomic numbers of lanthanide elements; (2) the lanthanide elements in the cation exchange-α HIBA system could be divided into three groups according to the dependence of their distribution coefficients (Dv) on the temperature; and (3) the spectrum bands spread and the resolutions and the effective plate numbers decrease when loading of column increases. The effective plate numbers of lanthanide elements for a given loading decrease as the atomic numbers increase.Under the condition selected, the time for the separation of all the lanthanide elements is about 90 min with a recovery of 95% and more for each lanthanide element excepting Lu and Yb.

本文叙述高效阳离子交换树脂柱-αHIBA淋洗色层法分离镧系元素,每个元素1—2mg。浓度梯度由两个简单的锥体容器产生。淋洗分离时间约90min。在梯度条件下,详细研究了流速、温度和负载量等对分离的影响,得到了不同条件下的色谱参数的变化规律。发现镧系元素的体积分配系数随温度升高而按三种规律增大.表明镧系元素在阳离子交换-αHIBA体系中,存在着分成三组的分组效应。
