Recently, the curing process , which proved to have a heavy influence on the qualit of epoxy-based composites, has been studied by using a lot of methods. Recently, the curing process , which proved to have a heavy influence on the qualit of epoxy-based composites, has been studied by using a lot of methods. One of them, they model method is a newlydeveloped one. The paper summarized the curing models used at present which involed the, thermo-chemical model, the flow model, the void model and the sterss model.There are a lot of factors to influence the curing process of the composites. According to G.S. Springei's and H.C. Halpin's works, however , the influence of each factor could be studied separately.In the thermo-chemical model the heating rate and the curing temperature were mainly researched. By the use of the dynamic reacting equation by J.H. Espenson and the thermal conduction equation by authors, the curing time of composite could be shortened and the curing process could be uniform and complete.Based on Darce's law, the flow model was proposed by Springer and Loos. From the model the rate of resin flow could be calculated but the content of the resin could not be de- termined. The void models were divided into the micro-models and the macro-models. The former includes static model and moving model. By means of the macro-model developed by the authors,the void content in composite was able to be evaluated. In the stress model,the curing stress in composite was predicted.

An epoxy - based polymer composite modified with bisma-

作者利用双马来酰亚胺类改性环氧树脂制取了玻纤织物增强的EM-2型复合减摩材料,考察了纤维排布方向、温度、线速度V,时间T及正压力P等多种因素对其力学性质和摩擦学特性的影响,通过回归法导得它在油润滑下的磨损方程是b=7.05×10~(-3)P~(0.582)V~(0.176)T~(0.391);並且初步认为,这种复合减摩材料可以用作油润滑时中等线速度和中等负荷下的减摩耐磨结构材料。

The JR resistance curve of CTBN toughened epoxy resins is experimentally measured in this paper. The asymptotic solution for a mode I plane strain crack growing steadily in an elastic-perfectly plastic medium, as well as for the Rice-Tracey equation for void evolution in a plastic matrix, is utilized to estimate the void-induced dilatational plasticity and the residual strain energy density in the wake of a growing crack. Through the modelling of the above-mentioned toughening mechanisms, quantitative expressions are derived which relate the increment of fracture toughness from crack initiation to steady state growth, to the volume fraction of CTBN and other material parameters. The present research thus serves as a guideline forthe design of toughening epoxy-based polymeric materials.

测量了 CTBN增韧环氧树脂的JR阻力曲线,利用理想弹塑性平面应变I型定常扩展裂纹的局部解及塑性介质中孔洞演化的Rice-Tracey方程,近似计算了裂纹尖端附近的孔洞化塑性体膨胀和残余应变能密度。通过对增韧机制的力学分析.得到定常扩展裂纹与起裂状态时的断裂韧性差值与 CTBN体积分数及材料断裂应变的关系式,它对环氧基材料的增韧设计有一定的指导意义。
