The injection locking of an erbium-doped fiber ring laser(EDFRL)is studied,and a novel method to stabilize the wavelength and output power of tunable single-longitudinal-mode EDFRL with compound cavity structure is proposed and experimentally demonstrated.
By using these algorithms, the difference of network performance between unidirectional and bidirectional multi fiber ring was analyzed quantitatively with the different traffic pattern (single hub and double hub) and routing schemes (wavelength path and virtual wavelength path).
