Quasi-theoretical hypotheses have been proposed from the point of view of physics and biological chemistry some of which are in agreement with both modern physical concept and traditional Chinese medical science theory. The present paper reviews the research achievements on qigong and other peculiar phenomena. Further, assumption and prediction of the development of the new subject, i.e. electronics of human body function are proposed. With unified programme laid down by close cooperation of the sections of medical science, qigong and electronics, and with exploration in a common effort by means of scientific techniques, and indeed with full support given by the leading bodies concernd,the mysteries of peculiar functions in human body will be able to be revealed at the end of this century so that the novel frontier subject of electronics of human body function can be born first in China. The realisation of this programme will be sure to greatly promote the development of traditional Chinese medical science as well as modern physics, modern biology,bionics, and molecular biology.

This article presents the monumental contributions of the American overseas Chinese (mainly in USA) during that period in the following six aspects, the setting up of organizations to promote Anti-Japanese and National Salvation Movement; the financial support for the resistance war; the sending of young people home to join in the resistance war; the sponsorship of "Non-provision Movement" ; the participation of the overseas Chinese in the Anti-Japanese war service in their residential countries; giving full support to the National United Front for Resisting Japanese Invasion based on the cooperation between Kuomintang and the Chinese Communist Party; and hence eulogizes the sublime patriotism of the overseas Chinese.
