This paper reports on the application of "Out-of-Kilter Algorithm" (OKA) to the real power economic dispatch with security constraints. The network flow programming is characterized by simple manipulation, fast and reliable convergence, while the OKA can treat nonzero lower bounds and may initiate with any set of flows (including infeasible flow) which satisfies Conservation of flow. The major procedure and numerical example of OKA are given in this paper. The calculating results for economic dispatch on test systems have shown that the method is feasible and effective.

本文应用网流技术中“不良状态校正法”(Out of Kilter Algorithm,简称OKA),研究了具有安全约束的有功经济调度问题。网络规划法具有运算简便、快速、收敛可靠的特点,而OKA又能处理非零下界约束和不可行流的情况,特别适于解算具有安全约束的有功再调度问题。文中给出了算法的主要步骤和算例,并对试验系统作了经济调度的计算,证明了本方法的可行性和有效性。

The scale of power system is steadily enlarging along with the development of national economy.It is obviously unrealistic and unreasonable that the economic dispatch of whole power system is computed and controlled by the highest control center Hence the parallel algorithm for real power economic dispatch in power systems is suitable for the new situation.As a research work of computer hierarchical control in this respect,the paper presents the following.The whole power system is divided into a main system and N subsystems,which are connected to the main system by tie lines respectively.The computation of real power economic dispatch is implemented in every subsystem,and the coordination is implemented in the main system.Information interchange is implemented between main system and subsystems.

电力系统有功功率经济分配是一个重要课题,具有巨大的经济意义。随着经济和社会的发展,电力系统的规模越来越大,整个电力系统的经济调度,都由系统的最高级控制中心来计算和指挥是不现实的也是不合理的,因而必需研究开发电力系统经济调度的并行算法。 本文提出,将整个电力系统分为主系统和N个与主系统有联络线相联的子系统,各子系统进行低层次的有功功率经济分配计算,主系统进行协调,在主系统与子系统之间进行必要的信息交换。

This paper presents a comprehensive investigation of the real power economic dispatch with N and N-1 security based on network programming several schemes are proposed, normal generation scheme,corrective scheme for the initial stage of the contingency and re-scheduling scheme in the post-contingency stage.The numerical examples and results are given in the paper.

本文用网流法对N及N-1安全性有功经济调度进行了综合研究。制定了多种发电方案:正常发电计划,事故初期及事故后期校正与调整计划。文中还给出了算例及计算结果比较。
