    Degenerative changes occurring in periodontal tissues were demonstrated in six serious systemic diseases causing death namely, dysentery, systemic lupus erythematosis, tuberculosis, nephritis, hepatitis and arteriosclerosis. The degenerative manifestations occurring in periodontal tissues are varied. Hydropic, mucoid, hyalinization, focal necrosis and dystrophic calcifications are found in periodental membrane. Disturbances of bone formation, mostly amorphous and/or immature bone could be seen in alveolar bone. Irregularities of deposition with presenee of granular calcifications of cementum could also be seen. These changes are part of systemic alterations. The periodontal degenerations alone are unable to induce periodontal disease clinically, but are considered as the underlying background of the occurrance and development of periodontal disease.

    本文报告因严重系统性疾病死亡者其牙周组织中发生的变性变化,列举了六种疾病:痢疾、播散性红斑狼疮、结核、肾炎、肝炎及动脉硬化。牙周组织中表现的变性变化是多种多样的。常看到的有牙周膜的水样变性、粘液样变、玻璃样变、局灶性坏死和营养不良性钙化。牙槽骨的形成障碍,出现无定型骨或未成熟骨。牙骨质常见沉积不规则并有颗粒样钙化。以上这些变化都是全身性变化的一部分。单独的牙周变性并不致于引起临床上的牙周病,但可以认为它们是牙周病发生和发展的内因基础。

    This article presents the theoretical analysis of the instantaneous rotation centre of the normal tooth affected by a horizontal force, using relevant elasticity and material mechanical formulae. The result of analysis confirms that the position of the instantaneous rotation centre of the singleroot tooth varies in the range of 0.428—0.551 times of the root length above the apex and that of the double-root tooth 0.136—0.412 times. The result of analysis confirms that the position of the instantaneous rotation centre of the singleroot tooth varies in the range of 0.428—0.551 times of the root length above the apex and that of the double-root tooth 0.136—0.412 times. These positions, however, are changeable to the load at the crown. A formula of stress for the periodontal membrane with the crown affected by a horizontal force was drawn. Values of stress at various parts of the periodontal membrane can be determined means of this formula with given parameters.Some biomechanial problems occured in prothetic treatment were analysed and discussed.

    本文利用弹性力学和材料力学中的有关公式,对正常牙齿受水平力时所产生的瞬时转动中心位置进行了理论分析,证实单根牙的瞬时转动中心位置在根尖以上0.428~0.551倍的牙根长度范围内变化,双根牙的瞬时转动中心位置在根尖以上0.136~0.412倍根长范围内变化。它们不是固定不变的点,而是随牙冠上受力点位置的变化而变化。同时推导出了牙冠受水平力时牙周膜的应力公式。当已知各种参数时,应用公式即可算出不同部位牙周膜的应力值。 本文还对口腔矫形治疗中常见的一些生物力学问题做了分析探讨。

    The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical effect of "stimulated" osteoperiosteal pedicle grafts and root demineralization with citric acid in reconstructing periodontium lost by gingival recession and to observe the histological response of periosteum to controlled surgical stimulation and the healing after experimental stimulated osteoperiosteal pedicle grafts and root demineralization in animal, especially regeneration of alveolar bone.Seven patients were observed in this study. The controlled stimulation of periosteum was performed in two adult M. mulattae and one dog respectively. The experimental stimulated osteoperiosteal pedicle grafts and root demineralization were done in two M. mulattae.The results obtained are as follows:1. The covering rate of denuded root was 85.5% using stimulated osteoperiosteal pedicle grafts and root demineralization.2. The quiet periosteum of adult animal may be activated and come into own by controlled surgical stimulation.3. Complete or partial regeneration of exised alveolar bone may be obtained through stimulated pedicle bone grafts and root demineralization.4. Acid conditioning was an important factor in inducing osteogenesis, cementogenesis and periodontal new attachment.

    为了评价牙周刺激带骨瓣移植结合根面枸橡酸处理,在整复由于牙龈退缩所丧失牙周组织方面的临床效果:观察成年动物的骨膜对有控制的外科穿刺性损伤及动物实验性刺激带骨瓣结合酸处理术后的组织学反应,特别注意牙槽骨的再生情况。我们在临床上观察了7个病人。有控制的骨膜刺激实验分别在2只恒河猴和1只狗进行;动物实验性刺激带骨瓣结合根面酸处理在2只恒河猴进行,选用了7只侧切牙和1只前磨牙做为实验用牙。初步结果:1.刺激带骨瓣结合根面酸处理获得了平均根面复盖85.5%的良好临床效果。2.有控制的外科穿刺性刺激后,成年动物静止的骨膜司重新进入活跃的细胞繁殖活动和成骨活动。3.动物用刺激带骨瓣结合酸处理或单纯刺激带骨瓣移植,切除的唇侧牙槽骨可获得完全或部分再生。4.酸处理在诱导骨生成、牙骨质生成和牙周新附着方面是一个重要的因素。
