Loaded on the pontic vertically, the distribution of the stresses in periodontal ligament was less uniform witha resin- bonded bridge than a fixed bridge and the magnitude of stresses were higher in edentulous area mucosawith a resin- bonded bridge. Abutment condition, the space of edentulous area, the proper choice ofprosthodontic materials should be considered especially when a resin- bonded bridge was used.

(2) Stresscondition on the surface of root and alveloar bone isvery complex. The maximum, intermediate and mini-mum principle stresses on the same area are quite dif-ferent, but the three prinicipal stresses in the PDLaresimilar. (3) Regarding to tipping and torquemovement, the stress value varied largely from thecervix to the apex, and there is stress concentractionat the cervex and the apex. For bodily movementwhen MIF is 10. 30, the stress induced is homoge-neous and the difference of the stress values from thecervex to the apex is little, which seems to be morephysiological.

本研究以电子计算机技术建立了包括牙齿、牙周膜、硬骨板、松质骨和皮质骨的上颌中切牙三维有限元模型,分析了在正畸矫治力作用下牙根、齿槽骨表面和牙周膜的应力分布。结果表明:①牙根表面的应力值最大,齿槽骨表面次之,牙周膜最小。②牙根、齿槽骨表面的应力状态较复杂,三个主应力值相差很大,而牙周膜部位三个主应力的大小和分布较一致。③牙齿倾斜移动时,在牙颈部和根尖处出现应力集中,而整体移动时应力分布较均匀,似更符合生理要求。

本文是出了一种客观确定牙松动的新方法。用瞬态碰撞激震测定牙固有振动半周期T/2和减幅系数η。以T/2为主,η为辅,度量牙齿的松动度。对依据的原理从牙周动力学模型出发进行了严密的数学推导;讨论了测试方案;介绍了牙模型测试实验;最后给出实际状态下测试的初步结果。
