本文选择铸铁材料进行了双层辉光离子渗金属工艺的研究。介绍了不同成分与组织的铸铁,经离子渗钨钼、镍铬后,渗层组织特征、表面成分与硬度分布。分析了含碳量、含硅量及温度等因素对渗层的影响。并测定了渗层的耐磨性及耐蚀性。

The primary process parameters and its effects on industrial manufacture of the double glow plasma surface alloying was analysed.The results show that discharge power of the sourse surface is the primary process parameter of effects on the alloying layer.The results was verified by experiments.
