It is essential to know the pressure, temperature and stress fields created by rough contacts when analyzing the mechanisms of friction, wear, boundary film formation and scuffing. In the past, the interaction between asperities was often neglected when the properties of rough contacts (pressure, temperature and stress fields )were calculated. This can cause error in boundary and dry friction. In this paper, a new method which takes interaction between asperities into account is developed for calculation the pressure and temperature fields created by the contact of a rigid smooth plane with an elastic rongh surface, forming a basis for calculating the isothermal and thermal stress fields of rough contacts. This paper provides some theoretical basis for further studying the mechanisms of boundary film formation, wear and scuffing.

在研究金属表面的摩擦、磨损、边界膜成膜、疲劳及胶合等机理时,有必要搞清粗糙金属表面接触的压力场,温度场及应力场。过去人们在计算表面接触性能(压力场、温度场及应力场)时,往往忽略微凸体之间的相互影响,这在边界摩擦与干摩擦状况下与实际有较大差异。本文用一种新方法在考虑了微凸体之间互相影响的基础上,计算了弹性粗糙平面滑块与刚性光滑平面接触的压力场和温度场。这为进一步计算等温应力与热应力场打下了基础,也为研究边界膜成膜,磨损及表面胶合机理提供了一定的理论依据。

粗糙金属表面接触表层中的等温应力与热应力场对金属表面的边界膜成膜,磨损与疲劳机理都有重要影响。但由于问题的复杂性,人们以往在研究粗糙金属表面接触性能时,大多只注意到研究压力场和温度场而忽略了应力场。本文首次在考虑了微凸体之间互相影响的基础上研究了弹性粗糙平面滑块与刚性光滑平面接触的等温应力与热应力场。目的是为进一步研究边界膜成膜机理,磨损,疲劳及表面胶合机理提供理论依据。
