    In this paper,represents an experimental apparatus designed by the authors for measuring flowing film rate,which is composed of microelectrode,milliammeter,light- wave oscilloscope and measuring electric circuit.The working principle of the apparatus is based on the fact,that is,an electrolyte is added to the flowing film to be measured and flows with it at the same rate.a pair of microelectrodes adapted specially are so installed in the flowing film that to keep apart with a certain distance along its direction. The conductivity of the fluid medium is improved,thus inducing a change of signal in measuring circuit as the electrolytic solution flows together with the flowing film. A complete process of the signal change may automatically be recorded with a light- wave oscilloscope,thus the time consumed by the electrolyte to pass through electrodes can be accurately determined and calculation to the flowing film rate may possibly be made through a standard formula.This apparatus can be used to measure a flowing film rate not only under general condition but also under revolving force field.

    本文介绍一种由作者设计的对流膜运动速度进行测定的实验装置,它由微型电极对、电流毫安表、光线记录仪以及测量电路等组成。其工作原理是利用一种电解质溶液加入到破测的介质流膜中,电解质随流膜以同一速度流走。通过在流膜中沿流向以一定距离安装两个电极对,当电解质流经电极对时改善了导电性能引起测量回路信号变化。采用记录仪记录信号变化过程,就能准确地测出电解质流经两对电极间所历的时间,然后由模式计算出流膜运动速度。该装置不仅能测一般条件下流膜运动速度,还能在旋转力场中进行流膜运动速度测定。

    The present paper deals with an elementary principle of a new measurement of runoff with very low discharge by means of resistance measuring-flow, and the nonlinear Flow-Voltage relationships with the resistance measuring-flow. A method of linearization handling is provided to make the Measuring-Runoff Flume in a better linear relationship. The analysis of dynamic response charactertics of Resistance Measuring-flow Flume is based on system dynamics theory, as a result, system parameters ωn and ζ are obtained for judging regulating-storage of measuring-flow device' The Measuring-flow Flume has been applied to measure small discharge in the Hydro-logic Runoff Laboratory. As it belongs to instantaneous flow-rate measurement method, the runoff hydrography measured is very clear as regards its duration, peak discharge, lag of time, and relevant parameters. In addition, the device has a higher stability of electronic circuit and better signal-to-noise ratio, and the problem of electolytic action at electrodes surface due to impurity of the water has been solved, so it is more convenient to make research of the rainfall-runoff relationship in laboratory. Finally, in this paper a comparison of cumulative sum of hydrography from Resistance Measuring-flow Flume with cumulative water-volume-method is given, and satisfactory results have been obtained.

    本文就电阻法测流的电压-流量非线性关系进行了探讨,提出了线性处理的方法,并设计了具有良好线性关系的测流槽。加上电测线路的高稳定性与测流系统较优的讯噪比,使得实验室降雨迳流模拟实验的分析研究十分方便。另外,还解决了由于水质不纯而导致的电极极化效应。最后,文章给出电阻法测流与体积法的精度对比结果。

    This paper is based on the summation of water discharge measurements in arge hydroelectric plants. By means of the theory of numerical analysis, the author has advanced an analysis caleulation for measuring flow rate through large cross sections.

    本文在总结大型水电站水轮机流量现场实测的基础上,运用数值解析理论,研究通过大型过流断面流量测量的解析计算。 文中推导出圆形截面及矩形截面的流量解析计算公式;提出了最优测量轨道分布及其相应流速权重系数的精确数据。
