To file medical college freshmen and explore their Psychological condition and improve Psychological health services,we investigated 535 freshmen who had at least one T score above normal in MMPI test.Results revealed that ① About 25%(135/535) freshmen had different psychological disorders such as obsession,depression,anxiety,paranoid and psychopathy.② Boy students who entered the university in 1994 had significantly higher score of Paranoid Factor ( P <0.01) and the scores of Depression Factor and Anxiety Factor ( P <0.05) than normal.The scores of Obsession Factor in boy students in 1995 were significantly higher ( P <0.01) than normal.The score of Psychopathy Factor in whole students was much significantly higher ( P <0.01) than normal.③ The average positive score in 1994′s freshmen was significantly higher( P <0.01) than that of 1995′s.④ The score of Panic Factor in girl students was significantly higher ( P <0.01) than that of boy students. Conclusion:The psychological disorders are different in sex and entrance time,so that they can not be ignored every year.

为建立大学生心理档案,掌握大学新生心理健康状况,有针对性的进行心理健康教育,对某大学94级、95级1286名新生经过MMPI测查有一项以上量表T分超出正常的高危人群535名新生进行了SCL90测试。结果:①约25%(135/535)的大学新生存在不同程度的心理问题,主要表现为强迫、抑郁、焦虑、偏执和精神病性症状;②2届新生各因子分与全国青年组常模比较,94级男生偏执因子分高于全国青年组常模(P<001),女生抑郁、焦虑因子分高于全国青年组常模(P<005);95级男生强迫,焦虑因子分高于全国青年组常模(P<001);2届男女新生精神病性因子分全部都明显高于全国青年组常模(P<0001)。③2届新生各因子分数相比:阳性均分95级高于94级(P<001)。④不同性别比较:女生恐怖因子分数高于男生(P<001)。提示:不同年级、不同性别的新生心理问题各异,入校新生心理问题不能忽视
