It is convenient to choose the optimized observation station or station group used, then compute the objective analysis field by spifne function method using the observation data. After some amendments to this technique, it can be directly used in obtaining grid point objective analysis field....

The methods presented in this paper can meet the requirements of the control of various pumping stations in hydraulic, industrial and city drainage & water supply projects. Theoretically the methods can be used in the control of pump stations group.

The problem of large scale systems modelling and synthesis discussed in the paper is considered as one of the component of optimizing operation and management expert's intelligence-controlled system of hydroelectric power station group in hydro- electricity system. The systems dynamics structure of operation and management hydroelectric power station group is analyzed and large scale system mathematical model and its identification method of cybernetics are presented in the paper. System synthesis is conducted by means of large scale systems theory and methods and the three levl hierarchically controlled algorithm is used. By means of the algorithm, the optimal control problem of non-linear system which is difficult to slove can be simplified into linear-quadratic problem which is easy to solve.

本文讨论的大系统模型化及其综合的问题,是作为水利电力系统中的水电站群优化运行调度专家智能控制系统的一个组成部分来研究的.文中分析了水电站群运行调度问题系统动力学结构,提出了控制论大系统数学模型及其辨识方法,运用大系统理论和方法进行了系统的综合,采用三级递阶控制算法.这种算法把难于求解的非线性系统最优控制问题变为易于求解的线性二次型问题.
