本文研究以天然橡胶(NR)为主体,制备PVC/NR共混硫化胶的工艺和性能,着重讨论了橡塑合炼温度和PVC含量对PVC/NR性能的影响。结果表明,PVC/改性NR的共混温度150~155℃,合炼温度100℃是本研究体系的最佳混炼温度。共混物随PVC含量的增加,定伸、撕裂强度提高,永久变形和硬度增加,断裂伸长率降低,耐油、耐腐蚀介质、耐磨等性能有很大的提高,其中以PVC/改性NR=30∶100的体系有较好的综合性能。将PVC/改性NR知PVC/未改性NR(30∶100)的性能作比较,前者的性能远比后者的好,说明加入适当的改性剂(增容剂),能较大地改善NR和PVC的相容性,可制得性能良好,有实用价值的共混硫化胶。
